C3 partnered with Your Man in India to transform its Virtual Assistance offering into GetFriday, a brand-first service targetting global users. We developed a vibrant new brand identity, reimagined the service page, and designed intuitive interfaces to reflect its evolved positioning. Our goal was to elevate the brand’s professionalism, clarify service value, and simplify user engagement.

The legacy brand felt dated and niche while the existing service page lacked clarity, consistency, and emotional connection. Users couldn't easily understand the offering, features, or pricing, leading to missed engagement and conversions. There was also a critical need for a cohesive visual identity that resonated with global professionals.
